Description:
An established Dubai based consultancy is looking for a Senior Construction Manager / Director to for a large scale mixed use project in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple site activities, including budgeting, cost management, procurement, construction and stakeholder/client management. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction with exceptional people management and organisational skills and a proven history of project delivery to meet programme, budget and quality requirements.
Key criteria:
- Min 15 years experience, including at least 5 years in Middle East on high rise, mixed use or hospitality type projects
- Strong project and construction management skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a pro-active and resilient attitude
- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related degree
- Chartered qualifications MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM
