The Job:
As a member of our Compensation Center of Excellence (COE), the Senior Compensation Analyst, Global Supply Chain will take a lead role in providing analytical support for compensation plan design, modelling and administration primarily in the areas of base pay and short-term variable pay supporting the US Hourly population of Global Supply Chain. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation – Global Supply Chain. You’ll get to:
- Conducts market analysis to determine competitive positioning of the US Hourly population’s pay programs; compiles and analyzes results.
- Prepares cost assessments and other reports for management and assists in providing recommendations to HR and Operations Leaders.
- Maintains pay administration guidelines, policies, and other support tools.
- Assists with the correction of data errors for employee records in the HRIS system that may impact the administration of employee compensation and/or the transmission of employee data to various vendors.
- Conducts internal pay audits and analyses pay data as needed to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Participates in annual pay administration programs, including wage scale creation and maintenance and/or development of incentive pay plans.
- Facilitates the administration of the general wages and annual merit planning and administration process and ensures accurate payroll process for employees.

- Bachelor’s Degree – BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, or mathematics
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation or financial modeling and data analytics
- Experience with hourly compensation and/or wage scales development
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS and Payfactors compensation planning and market pricing tools
- CCP, or progress towards a certification a plus
- Research, critical thinking and evaluation skills with the ability to reason through data findings in order to develop recommendations
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Pivot tables, x-lookup, formulas, graphing, and analytics)
- Advanced knowledge of excel is required: Power BI and Access preferred
- Hourly wage scale design experience highly preferred
- Union & Manufacturing experience a plus
- Highly organized with a very strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to communicate effectively at various levels
- Knowledge of FLSA and job classification categories
