Our company is a third-party collection agency working with some of the largest banks in UAE.
The Senior Collection officer is responsible for the daily tasks related to collection efforts of a portfolio of customer accounts and handling the team as well.
Basic Excel experience required, be able to communicate with debtors on the telephone to resolve their delinquent obligations, have a solid recent work history, collections experience required.
