JD:

• Should have 10+ years of technology experience in business analysis for banking domain with 10+ years relevant experience for handling product & services for CCIB Business
• In depth understanding and knowledge of banking domain across CCIB
• Expert in documenting process and SOP’s.
• Possess strong functional knowledge on end-to-end business banking processes and operations.
• Should have good knowledge on customer onboarding & Servicing, Customer Relationship Management
• Possess good skills in understanding existing business process flow and construct to be processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform system and business analysis.
• Should have experience handling SDLC and Agile projects.
• Should be techno functional to understand business and as well to understand and interpret technical solutions and challenges.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent time organization, stress management skills and adhere to deadlines.
• Flexible with timings and strong commitment towards taking ownership and ensuring complete end to end tracking of different initiatives.
