Hiring: Senior Associate

Qualification: Degree or Master Holder

• 3 Yrs Above UAE experience with the same role (experience certificate will be required)

Jod Description:

• Develop and co-ordinate document tion of Policies, Procedures and Process Work Flows and hand int: requests for policy, process amendments
• Develop and amend the Delegation if Powers and Authorities in line with changes in business need: and organisation structure
• First line review of Business Requirement Documents drafted by Consultants/service providers or internal resources e.g. User Departments
• Co-ordinate and support key compari/ submittals like Dubai Quality
• Awards, Dubai Human Development Awards,
• Dubai Chambers CSR Label, etc.
• Support key organizational initiatives like Business Process Re-engineering, Enterprise Risk Mar ajement, Information Security requirements, etc.
• Provide feedback & awareness to operating units as well as to the Business Excellence organisation
