We are currently seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic Assurance department. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of core public accounting assignments.
  • Execute tasks while ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Actively seek to enhance client processes and the firm’s profitability, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assume accountability for individual engagements, including adherence to deadlines and key decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver outstanding service to clients.
  • Expand your audit expertise through hands-on experience.

  • Offer support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in a CPA firm as an auditor.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field, including 2 years of U.S. audit experience in public accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with the necessary qualifications for CPA certification.
  • Strong desire to pursue a Certified Public Accountant License or Enrolled Agent License.
  • In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), assurance standards, and tax regulations.
  • Proficient understanding of reviews and compilation engagements is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with year-end accounting and adjustments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a self-motivated, positive attitude.
  • Ability to meticulously document audit approaches and conclusions in workpapers.
  • Competence in preparing financial statements, including footnote disclosures.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience in public accounting is essential.
