Description:
We are seeking a skilled and Experience Senior architect for a site position on a prestigious mixed use high-rise in Dubai including a 5-star hotel
The desired candidate must be strong in assuring the timely deliverance of the quality and coordination of the design intent towards the Contractor.
Communication with the Contractor/Consultants, leading related coordinate Meetings and Information management for all related Submittals are key tasks.
Providing solutions for Site issues, prepare sketches, execute major inspections, and inform on progress and quality, integration of all trades are also part of the tasks.
Candidate requirements:
Previous 10-12 yrs post-grad exp. in similar scale and quality projects
Strong skill in sketching solutions or preparing drawings
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and other professional software
Experience in the ID, architecture- and/or construction dept, where attention for design was essential.
Solid understanding of tasks related reading and understanding of contract-, design- and construction- documents.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
