Urgent Hiring: Senior Architect for Engineering Consultant

Qualifications Required:

• Looking for candidates with more than 8 -10 years of experience in Dubai as Architect Designer. As a senior architect, you will mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs. You should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of Revit & CAD software’s, 3D BIM models for architectural elements. They should be able to coordinate with other disciplines such as Structural and MEP teams to ensure clash-free models are delivered.
• Candidates must be proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks. They should have experience in creating and managing BIM models, performing clash detection, and generating reports.
• A strong candidate should have excellent design skills to develop conceptual and schematic designs for different types of buildings, such as residential, commercial, and institutional. They should be able to use BIM tools to develop and refine designs and provide design options to clients.
• Candidate should have experience in creating high-quality renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to visualize designs for clients and stakeholders. They should be able to communicate design concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong candidate should have excellent collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders involved in the project, such as clients, consultants, and contractors. They should be able to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Candidate preferred to be familiar with the UAE building codes and standards such as Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees.
