Description:

Looking for Senior Architect

• Bachelor’s degree in Architect.
• 12 years exp. in design and managing design works
• Carry out constructability review during the Design stages.
• Review in timely manner the DESIGN CONSULTANTs submittals
• Ensure the DESIGN CONSULTANT incorporates the previous comments
• Attend Technical meetings with the DESIGN CONSULTANT, SUB-CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTOR’S and COMPANY
• Review the change requests / VARIATIONS submitted by the DESIGN CONSULTANT
• Review any alternative to the Design concept submitted by the DESIGN CONSULTANT
• Review the Architectural drawings, specification submitted by the DESIGN CONSULTANT at each stage of the Design with the Scope of work and contracts requirements.
• Review the materials proposed by the DESIGN CONSULTANT / CONTRACTORS
• Review Tender Documents and reply to Bidders’ clarification, participate in issuing Bulletins and attending Technical Meetings with Bidders during Tender stage.
