Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior Accountant:
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
Junior Accountant:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, such as data entry, bookkeeping, and processing transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the senior accountant to maintain accurate financial records.
- Learn and grow as a professional in a supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Junior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn.
