Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide fellow analysts, establishing yourself as a resource for team expertise.
- Address intricate expense dilemmas, allocations, and troubleshooting efforts, presenting effective solutions to the Field Finance Manager.
- Manage the monthly business closing processes, encompassing expense accruals and financial analysis, directly influencing the P&L of designated warehouse facilities.
- Supervise the expense management of multiple multi-customer locations, showcasing your organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects that aim to enhance efficiency and processes, driving the team’s success.
- Generate financial reports and conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure the preparation of journal entries and expense accruals to maintain accurate financial statements, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement measures that positively impact financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Operations Specialists and Leaders on invoicing procedures while participating in customer financial reviews.
- Serve as a reliable source of financial information for various stakeholders, establishing trust and partnership across the organization.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles, providing analytical support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with remote teams.
- Adaptability and openness to embrace changes in a fast-paced setting.
