Position Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will be integral to our firm’s growth and success. This role transcends traditional financial management; it involves tackling challenges proactively and ensuring precise task completion, regardless of complexity. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for both management and executive teams, delivering actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Conduct account audits utilizing data from diverse sources to guarantee accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Oversee journal entries and reconciliations for various entities, ensuring consistency and precision across the board.
- Manage expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable across multiple business domains within our portfolio.
- Mentor and guide bookkeeping staff, fostering high-quality output and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager on a range of accounting duties, ensuring effective teamwork.
- Assist in data entry and financial research to provide insights that will inform our business strategies.
- Participate in research efforts for potential business acquisitions, aiding in the assessment of new opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, particularly within real estate or acquisition-related fields.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software (NetSuite or similar) and Google Workspace.
- Competent in managing fluctuating workloads, especially during acquisition phases and critical deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective business integration.
- Adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys pivoting strategies in response to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is essential.
- Professional accounting certifications (CPA, CMA) are preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Range
We aim to attract and retain top-tier talent through a competitive compensation structure. The annual salary for this position ranges from 63,000 to 75,000 USD, dependent on experience and skill level.
