- Ensure adherence to GAAP and other pertinent accounting standards.

- Identify avenues for process enhancements and implement innovative systems where applicable.
- Assist in tax preparation and filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax legislation.

- Familiarity with Blackbaud software is an added advantage.
