Hiring Senior Accountant

Location: Dubai, UAE

• Experience: Minimum 2 year of accounting experience in the UAE
• Qualifications: ACCA or CIMA or CA inter or MBA
• Salary 6-7K depending on interview

Job Descriptions

• Dealing with developers, checking SPA execution and payments of units
• Sending invoices and follow up for commission
• Recording of receipt of commission and update the master sheet timely
• Payment to RM and agents as per agreed commission %
• Review of Commission Sale sheet prepared by agents
• Review of Referral agreement before payment to refer
• Maintaining receivable from developers
• Preparation of medium-term P&L/ cash flow forecasts to make sure enough funds are banks
• Prepare monthly profit and loss and Balance sheet
• Banks, customers and vendor ledger reconciliation
• Handling online banking, TTs, cheque, internal transfer.
• Review payroll, and final settlements of employees
• Maintaining fixed assets register.
• Making monthly and quarterly closing
• Assisting VAT auditors for Filing of Value Added Tax (VAT) returns.
• Oversee KYC of customers, and ensure all documents , PP, EID and Booking form are received
• Screening of customers before dealing with customer to make sure customer is clean
• Do Enhanced due diligence of customer for high risk customer
• Maintain proper files of all sale records, showing screening done
• Any other task as per management directions
