Description:
Senior Accountant – Dubai
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Provide technical support and advice on Management accounts
Provide input into department’s goal setting process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Support month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes (SOP’s) and accounting policies to maintain.
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements
Preparation of MIS report and cash flow statements
Profit variance analysis and Procurement review.
Budget control & report
Tally and QuickBooks knowledge
Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant as a minimum
