Requirements:

Oracle – complete cycle, Accounting (AP, AR, Cash, Recon, etc.) experience – Qualified Accountant, Construction Familiarity (knowledge of payment certificate), VAT Filing Return, FS Preparation, can work independently up to finalization, and ability to lead the department.
