The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships to enhance client retention and ensure the successful execution of projects. Assist the Head of Events by overseeing the junior team in project delivery, meeting client needs, and building long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include presenting ideas, supervising account managers, converting client briefs into strategic proposals, managing project implementation, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Job Description:
