Ceenex is hiring immediately for Senior Sales Account Manager position.
As a Senior Account Manager at Ceenex Global LLC, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in key account management for IT Sales within the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs & industry dynamics, and the ability to strategize for long-term partnerships.

Experience: 3+ years in IT Sales (UAE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing System Intergrated sales (Hardware & Software), Networking Sales (Active & Passive) and Cyber Security Sales
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Following up on leads and winning new clients.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and upsell additional products or services. Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align our products/services to meet those goals. Develop strategic account plans to achieve long-term success and increased account value.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, new offerings, and industry insights.
- Problem Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and work collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Sales Account Manager or similar role in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience in SI Sales, Networking Sales, Cyber Security Sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of 1Millio.
- Proven track record of IT sales with OMES such as CISCO, VMware, Huawei, Lenovo,HP, Dell, CITRIX, RedHat etc.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients or attend industry conferences or eventsExperience managing large account portfolios
- Strong understanding of the market trends in UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
