Job Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Security Guards Manager who excels not only in security operations but also in building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee our security team’s daily operations, ensuring a high standard of safety and security while fostering positive interactions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and exemplary customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections and patrols to monitor compliance with security policies and maintain a secure environment.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing guidance and support to both clients and security staff.
  • Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures, and training programs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, patrols, and security activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services to enhance security measures and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and operational, utilizing technology to enhance security measures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as a security guard or officer, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Mandatory SIRA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, including CCTV and access control systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with safety and security regulations and standards.
  • Experience in incident investigation and reporting.

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize security operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
