We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Network Security Technology Engineer in Dubai, working with one of the largest banks in the UAE. This role combines design and hands-on responsibilities, making it a thrilling journey for professionals who are passionate about network security.
Network Security Skills: Utilize your extensive understanding of network security architecture in enterprise environments, including zero trust networks. You will be responsible for analyzing application layer protocols, TCP/IP troubleshooting from a network security perspective, and managing DDOS attacks and mitigation.
NextGen Firewalls: Demonstrate your mastery of NextGen Firewalls, including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and their management tools. Knowledge and experience with open-source firewalls such as OPNsense and PFsense are a plus.
Virtualization – Public/Private Clouds: Leverage your expertise in private cloud technologies (VMware, KVM, OLVM), containerization, and public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or OCI.
WAF – Web Application Firewalls: Implement and
Manage web application firewalls, understanding 3-tier application models, HTTP, and other web-based protocols. Familiarity with F5 Big-IP LTM/GTM and ASM WAF features is highly valued.
