Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong knowledge of coordination, and proficiency in MS Office applications.Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.Preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks and administration.Maintaining an organized filing system for documents and records.
