Hiring for Secretary Administration and payment assistant locally inside in UAE.

Job Description

  • To act as a Secretary to the General Manager and assist other staffs;
  • To serve as an adviser on local requirements, local methods and procedures and general source of information on the emirate of Abu Dhabi and other emirates in the U.A.E.;
  • To meet visitors and execute general reception duties;
  • General office administration
  • Translation and interpretation -Accounting assistance
  • Schedule coordination -Travel arrangement
  • Diary management -Filing
  • Ordering stationery -Expenses
  • Telephone/Fax/PC operation -Copying report, memorandum, letters etc.
  • Serving coffee/tea for visitors -Application for public affairs
  • All other secretarial assistance
  • As Public Relation Officer the Employee has responsibilities for all U.A.E. government’s laws and procedures related to Immigration, Labour, Customs, Municipality/Trading affairs. Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to;
  • Provide documents to typing center
  • Submit documents for Visa administration and Work permits
  • Submit documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses for any kinds of business requirements
  • Submit documents to the Post Office or Labour office for Visa Submission etc.
  • Update visa administration information
  • Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments

Required skills/experience:

  • English (necessary to be fluent in both speaking and writing)
  • Word/ Excel and other PC skills
  • PRO experience
  • Arabic (Preferable)
