We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting executives, and ensuring smooth office operations. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Qalifications:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
