We are seeking a dynamic, inspiring, and innovative School Principal to join our team for the next Academic Year 2024 -2025.
ADEK Requirements to Obtain ADEK Approval: One of the below
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with 8 years of experience in the field of education, which includes: 3 years of teaching experience or a valid educational leadership license AND either 2 years as Vice Principal OR 3 years as a Senior Leader.
Master’s Degree in any subject & CPD course in educational and/or organizational leadership with 8 years of experience in the field of education, which includes: 3 years of teaching experience or a valid educational leadership license AND either 2 years as Vice Principal OR 3 years as a Senior Leader.
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject & CPD course in educational and/or organizational leadership with 10 years of experience in the field of education, which includes: 3 years of teaching experience or a valid educational leadership license AND either 2 years as Vice Principal OR 3 years as a Senior Leader.
Desired Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Education/leadership/school management /NPQH/Master’s Degree with a PGCE/ (QTS); must have equalization certificate for degrees. Having worked as Principal or Vice-principal for a minimum of 5-10 years. Experience in UAE will be an added advantage. Demonstrated success working within a high performing educational institution.
