Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Scheduling Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with excellent time management skills who can efficiently coordinate schedules and support our team in maintaining seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for team members and executives.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to confirm schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
  • Maintain and update scheduling databases and records.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
