Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through various prospecting methods.
• Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure post-sale satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role is beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and the sales process.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
