Hiring Salesforce Project Coordinator & Business Analyst:
Total Job Experience in Salesforce: 4-6 Yrs as BA
Job Role: Onsite Dubai
Duration: 3 month extendable
BA Responsibilities:
- Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Create and Manage Technical Documentation.
- Create and Manage Project documentation.
- Manage project schedule, risks, plans with key stakeholders.
- Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
BA Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 5-7 Yrs. as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience in Business Analysis and coordination, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce application is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
