Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai! In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to customize and extend our Salesforce platform, ensuring it seamlessly supports critical business functions.
What you’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and achieve project goals.
- Tailor the platform by creating objects, fields, workflows, automations, and more.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and third-party tools.
- Manage user access, security settings, and data health within the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce advancements, best practices, and recommend platform improvements.
What we’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator & Platform Developer I) a plus.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator with strong configuration, customization, and development skills.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, middleware).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and collaboratively.
