Looking for a Sales Team Leader in UAE.

Job Location: Sheikh Zaid Road, Dubai

Requirement:

  • Fluency in English is a must. Arabic language will be an added advantage
  • Must have outdoor B2B sales experience
  • Must have experience with personal care products
  • Excellent interpersonal and good English communication skills.
  • UAE Driving License & Own car is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in haircare & hair loss business and 3 years in Team Lead or Managerial role in UAE
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare & hair care business
  • Holds bachelor’s degree in marketing or management. Master’s degree will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Development & Implementation of a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability
  • Responsible for individual & team target
  • Accountable for P&L of saloon division
  • Implement launch activities to focus on the right doors and right innovation that are in line with brand priorities and strategies and ensure timely execution
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team
  • Preparing action plan by individuals as well as by the team for effective Sales Management
  • Conducting one on one review with the sales team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs and to suggest improvement of team member, sales and activities performance
  • Proposal & Assignment of individual & team targets
  • Providing timely feedback to Top Management regarding performance
  • Providing accurate & competitive pricing on all complete prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Assisting all sales executives in preparation of business proposals
  • Controlling expenses to meet the budget guidelines
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Extending support in sales executives recruitment based on criteria agreed upon by top management
  • Consultation and coaching team to boost motivation and selling skills
  • Maintaining contact with clients through market regular market visits to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and obtaining continuous feedback
  • Responsible for Stock Management of the assigned products.
