Description:

AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) is looking to hire a Sales Support Executive to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Snapshot of the role:

• Support in contracts (new and up for renewal).
• Support in end markets reports ( competition and regulation changes).
• Liaise with the supply chain team to ensure orders are placed, produced and picked up by customers.
• Weekly and monthly reports on sales and forecasts.
• Resolve customer issues in case of complaints on order quantity, quality of products or any other issue related to product.
• Work with the marketing team on all NPI’s by filling all the briefs and the requirements to ensure the product is launched on time.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the customers.
• Support in preparing quarterly business reviews with the distributors and send all the reports to them post the review.
• Monitor the POSM/Promo items assets in the market and in the warehouse to make sure all items are being depleted and put into good use.
• Ensure VPs have the right reports to make decisions by working with the IT to create a comprehensive BI report that is shared on a weekly basis.
• Track the TI and BEI spend by liaising with finance.
• Track travel budget on a quarterly basis and report any saving to finance.
• Account management for small accounts across Asia and Africa.
• Arabic speaker is a must.
