Hiring Sales Specialist – Logistics
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Gender: Open for All
- Driving License is Mandatory (Own Car is optional)

Remuneration:
- AED 8,000 + Good Sales Incentives + Car and/or Fuel and vehicle maintenance allowance + all expat benefits as per UAE Law.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with substantial experience in the freight forwarding industry within UAE.
- Experience minimum 05-06 years of Business Development experience for General cargo business (B2B)
- Candidates must have clients from Oil & Gas Industry and Must have clients from UAE
- Must have good portfolio of business.
- Must be go getter, Aggressive salesman with ability to collaborate with team
- Self-motivated, Confident and Customer service oriented
- Outstanding Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) in English language
- Meeting sales goals and result oriented
- Prospecting and Closing skills
- University degree with a concentration in sales and marketing, promotions,
- advertising sales or business administration preferred
- UAE driver’s license mandatory
- Experience with MS office software mandatory
- DGR CAT 6 certification will be added advantage. Expired certificate is okay
Roles and Responsibilities:
- New Business Identification and onboarding new customers. Promote and grow Air, Sea and Land and Dangerous Goods freight services (both imports and exports).
- Achieving an agreeable Individual target and be key contributor to achieve target.
- Must be willing to travel within and outside UAE, Capability to work with different cultures.
- Key Account Management of new customers, Retention of on boarded new
- Customers by working in tandem with Existing Operations Team.
