We are urgently hiring a sales & service coordinator for newmatic intl fzco In DUBAI

We are a group of companies with 4 divisions & branches in UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Position title: Sales & Service Coordinator
No of Vacancies – 3 No’s
Work Location: Jabel Ali Freezone – Dubai
Salary Range: AED. 2500 to 4500
Ready to join with 1-month maximum time. (Candidate must be available in UAE)
Job Profile:-
- Collaborate with management to execute maintenance plans efficiently.
- Support the Sales/Service team by scheduling plans and arranging spare parts/materials.
- Support technicians and maintain maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and complete the maintenance on the assigned time gap.
- Manage and coordinate urgent communications and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of materials.
- Streamline interdepartmental processes.
- Maintain sales records and material data for further reference.
- Enhance product appeal to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing maintenance plans and managing payment schedules.
- Oversee inventory and facility management.
- Ensure completion of miscellaneous maintenance and sales duties as assigned.
