Hiring Sales Planning & Data Manager

 Roles and Responsibilities

As SPDM Lead, you will be leading a team, overseeing and be responsible of regional sales performance that ensures the attainment of the company sales goals and profitability across.

Custodian of sales policy & good governance across omnichannel. Ensure trade rewards is at

Optimal level and reasonably staged against competition with prompt payment to ensure channel survivability. Your responsibilities also include:

  • Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Sales data management and analysis
  • Systemize all the forecast, sales, production, and logistic process between each team
  • Yearly budget phasing / recalibration
  • Sales tracking across all branches / channel (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Sales planner to drive Forecast accuracy by keeping optimal and keeping aging inventory low
  • Continuous driver store mapping / grading exercise to drive store sell out efficiency
  • Sales trend and seasonality analysis by region, country, and customers for sales strategy
  • Sales Policy & Governance
  • Dealer onboarding / offboarding policy
  • Omnichannel (Off/online) price harmonization policy
  • Continuous monitoring of dealer credit term / outstanding (Account Receivable) AR if any
  • Yearly T/T (Trading Term) review for key dealers
  • Alignment between sales, product, and marketing team
  • Uphold of sales NDA and Anti Verbal Commitment
  • Return policy (Goods Return)
  • Trade Rewards & Benefits
  • Manage & ensure Sales Deduction policy is adhered by all channels.
  • Effectively manage Trade program via Partner Comm
  • Account Payable AP on time processing / payment to the trade if any
  • Sales Incentive Scheme (SIS) tracking & revamp if necessary to motivate and drive internal Khind Sales
  • Budget Controller Channel Development Expenditure (CDE)

To be a Successful Candidate

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in related field
  • A minimum of 7-10 years professional working experience within the Electrical and Home
  • Appliances and/or FMCG/ Telco industry, where recent 3 years working within the sales / data management level capacity.
  • Data management, market insight, analytic skills, and advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrate numeric sensitive skills able to translate all data points into actionable items to drive sell in / sell out.
  • Demonstrate strength in people management with ability to lead, motivate and drive high performing sales team.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills (sales analysis, forecasting, sales finance, etc.) with ability to demonstrate good business acumen.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint & any other analytics)
