Position Summary:
Leading corporate gifting company with 10 years of experience and over 100 corporate clients in the UAE. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales strategies and streamline operational processes. This role focuses on managing corporate client relationships, target achievement, enhancing sales performance, team management and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and lead the sales team.
- Corporate Client Management: Identify, target, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for bulk orders.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhance client relationships, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
