Summary of Overall Job:

This position provides operations and administrative support for the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement.

The Sales Operations Department provides support functions essential to the productivity of the sales organization and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization, and that sales and delivery teams work efficiently with minimal barriers to growth.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales org requests as funneled by the Director including basic reports, analysis, bugs and user support such as answering questions around quotas, processes, data support, billing credit inquiries and other training.
  • Assist Director with project work as needed including scoping, testing, debugging, stakeholder updates, rollout, user training and quality control.
  • Update weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales enablement tools such as the Account Overview Workbook, Nav Prospecting Workbook, Forecast Accuracy Workbook, Event Contract Workbook, etc.
  • Assist Director in driving successful sales initiatives by monitoring and reporting on KPIs, helping to administer end user training and change management support.
  • Support sales org systems and tools as needed such as datasheet automation, inventory tracker, fire packet, re-sign tracker, sales admin ticket system, etc.
  • Create, update & maintain standardized process documentation library for entire sales org including rep, admin, enablement and ops processes.
  • Update & maintain the sales policy and procedures toolkit page as needed.
  • Process territory exception approval requests.
  • Review merge request data and if approved, pass to Salesforce operations to complete the merge.
  • Support Director in driving for efficiency in all areas of the sales organization by reporting any observations such as opportunities to automate manual processes or streamline steps to boost productivity.
  • Assist Director with data analysis requests as needed, and proactively recommend data review or analysis if new findings arise.
  • Prepare source data for bulk updates in Salesforce completed by Director.
  • Monitor sales tool license usage reports (eg Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, etc) and report any concerns.
  • Coordinate training with Business Development to boost usage.
  • Provide backup for Sales Operations team as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3 years+ experience working in a live Salesforce org recommended
  • Ability to train and support users on supported sales tools
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, solution oriented, resourceful and resilient
  • Must be very organized with a heightened attention to detail
  • Ability to pivot between tasks and prioritize multiple projects by critical path
  • Able to complete actions in a timely manner, work against deadlines and produce high quality work
  • Understanding of company’s products and services, sales and delivery department structure and processes
  • Extremely proficient with Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Enjoys working in upbeat, yet fast-paced “sales” environment
  • Able to work well within a team as well as self-motivated
  • Must be in a work environment with reliable Internet access
