Youwish General Trading L.L.C in Dubai, U.A.E is a leading importer, distributor and exporter of food products across GCC region. We are now hiring a Sales Merchandiser with valid UAE driving licence to elaborate our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing displays to showcase products and attract customer’s attention.
• Monitor inventory levels, order products as needed, and ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
• Conduct regular market visits to check adherence to brand guidelines and ensure excellence in execution of all visual merchandising across the region.
• Ensure products are placed in strategic locations to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor competitor prices and make pricing recommendations to remain competitive.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure products are presented neatly and adhere to company standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of merchandiser experience in modern and discount centers is an asset.
• Minimum 2 year of experience working in retail or merchandising required.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• UAE Valid Driver’s license is required.
