One of our clients, a leading distributor and wholesaler in the construction industry, is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join their office in Dubai.

Position: Sales Manager Tiles

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities
• Plan and attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company’s products
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and other sales-related reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tiles industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
