Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Property sales : Off plan
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Supporting and helping build successful agents (Brokers)
- Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)
- Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
- Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning
- Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)
- Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
- Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
- Staying Informed on the Real Estate Industry.
