Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Off Plan) in the Real Estate industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales of off-plan properties in Dubai. They will focus on generating leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
They will be responsible for sales activities, managing profitability and operational integrity of the off-plan team and providing overall leadership for the team.
Qualifications:
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Well educated with a Masters Degree (or at least a Bachelor’s with adequate professional level qualification) in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Should have (off plan focused) real estate experience in Dubai for more than 5 years out of which at least 3 should have been as a manager (managing a team of brokers)
- Should have valid UAE driving license
- Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Budget:
- AED 20,000 – AED 24,000 per month + Commissions + standard benefits
- Outstanding candidates may negotiate for a higher salary
