Hiring Sales Manager

Role Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will support the organization through development management and the leadership of the sales team. You will have to plan and implement sales strategies that will gain business and effectively manage the logistics business of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set sales team profit goals, hold team members accountable for those goals, and recognize or discipline them as needed.
• Develop and manage operating budgets.
• Achieve a satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards, industry and economic trends, and also sales and margin goals.
• Ensure training and direction for new and existing sales members.
• Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors in the relevant field.
• 5–6 years of experience in NVOCC/Main Line
