We are on the hunt for a talented and well-experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department and who can add absolute value to our team. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.

WE ARE LOOKING:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of the UAE Off-Plan real estate industry with proven track record in Sales
• Achieve revenue and KPI targets
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager
• With a valid driving license and car
• Excellent in negotiation, organizational, communication, leadership and closing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
• Can speak and write English fluently
• Professional, presentable, honest and well-mannered
• Can work in a competitive environment
• Management and leadership experience
• Present to CEO regularly, provide forecasts and performance reports for the wider business
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
• Establish a sales training program to train new employees and attend training to the Developer’s office with the agents
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
