Description:

We are hiring Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with developers and have access to attractive inventories.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach targets.
• Plan and organize sales activities, events and more along with the team.
• Plan and manage sales budgets.
• Motivating and managing the existing team’s performance.
• Stay updated on the Dubai off-plan market trajectory.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market (off-plan and ready markets)
• Currently serving as a Senior Sales Agent or Team Leader with minimum of three years of experience in the UAE off-plan market.
• Exceptional past sales track record.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and people skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
