We are urgently hiring for Sales Manager position in Marina Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related field
• With hotel industry experience as Sales Manager
• Must have travel agency background
• Thorough understanding of hotel revenue management as well as exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Ability to motivate team, to network and to manage client relationships

Duties:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet goals
• Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
• Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales
• Work closely with the revenue manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations to meet the financial needs of the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Reporting to the head or senior level personnel
