Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with 8-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling IT solutions and services, including IT Infrastructure Management Services, Cybersecurity, Recruitment and Staffing Services, Data Center & Network Solutions, and Software Development & Support.
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing new territories, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the UAE market.
- Develop and expand territories by creating tailored sales strategies for various verticals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Product Sales:
- Sell IT solutions such as ITSM, ITAM, PATCH management tools, firewall solutions, antivirus, and endpoint protection systems.
- Promote and position system integration solutions and managed services.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual and team targets and motivate the team to achieve results.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in IT services and solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Staffing Services, and Software Solutions.
- Proven ability to sell technical solutions such as ITSM, ITAM tools, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
Leadership Skills:
- Experience in building and managing sales teams, with strong training and motivational capabilities.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with IT products, tools, and services, including cybersecurity frameworks.
- Understanding of CRM and ERP systems for sales management.
