Requirements
- Female (preferably local), 25-45 years old
- Experience in sales (B2B, B2C) — 3-4 years — preferably in cosmetic market
- Knowledge of UAE market
- Languages spoken — fluent English, Arabic
- Smart and energetic person interested in career development
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in working with sales CRM system
- Experience in working with invoices
- Experience in working with e-commerce
- Preferable experience in import (not necessary, the training is provided by the company)
- Preferable driver’s license
- Preferable own visa
Responsibilities:
- Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers
- Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
- Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed
- Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
- Communicate actively with clients
- Monitor and analyze the Dubai beauty market
- Provide a feedback about the implied strategies
