Sales Lead – Dubai
Manage the team of account managers & contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base & ensures it’s a strong presence.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by your team to determine sales potential & market requirements and to monitor client’s preferences and satisfaction.
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customer stakeholders & executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely & successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Identify & grow opportunities within key accounts & collaborate with commercial & marketing teams to ensure growth attainment.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Represent the company in a professional, credible & trustworthy manner at all times.
Requirements
Experienced as a Sales Manager with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
