• The purpose of this role is to deal with the applicants of the company’s customers, help solve their problems and advise on how to buy.
• Implement sales procedures with new customers in order to achieve personal and team goals
• Analyze and search customer needs
• Suitable to provide the right product based on customer needs.
• Consulting with customers to find their needs.
• Documenting and maintaining the database in CRM.
• Teaching customers to use the purchased product
