Hiring Sales Executives

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Engage in active sales and business development to promote Qubello Facility Management services.
• Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and direct meeting.
• Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Achieve mandatory monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients in the facility management sector.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facility management or maintenance companies (Mandatory).
• Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• A technical background in facility management is advantageous.
