Description:

We are hiring Sales Executives for a well-reputed Water treatment company in Dubai.

• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
• Work Location: Dubai
• UAE driving license: Mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Work to build upon the distribution relationships in place and foster new partnerships in the middle east in order to continue to grow the business throughout their region of responsibility.
• Respond and resolve distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner; acting as an interface with distributors on sales, products, delivery and payment issues.
• Identify through interaction with sales, marketing and distributor personnel, and opportunities to increase sales results with/through the distributor partners.
• Be able to initiate and coordinate the businesses resources to take advantage of those opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about product activity at distributors.
• Perform distributor channel analysis on channel sales, profitability and geographic coverage and reports accordingly internally and to distributor partners.
• Compile, edit, and publish weekly sales reports.
• Estimate and achieve quarterly revenue targets for each assigned distributor account through implementing and reinforcing consistent sales practices.
• Coordinate and/or provide sales and technical training for Sales Representatives within distributor organization.
• Stay current on competitor distributor’s activities in the region, reports information and recommendations internally as required.
• Assist Distributor’s Sales Representatives to resolve problems related to, but not limited to, challenging sales/customers, operational issues, and product quality.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years sales experience
• Experience as distributor representative prefer
• Prior experience working in Water treatment or Foodservice industry preferred;
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPt).
• A positive, professional, and proactive attitude;
• Strong communication skills;
• Prior leadership and management skills;
• Adept at building trust and credibility;
• Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
