Job Summary:

We are partnering with a leading client in the FMCG and food manufacturing sector to find a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. This role focuses on promoting a unique snacks pellet range, securing new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales within the snacks pellets industry and a passion for driving business growth in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive sustained business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with both local and international clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Trade Show Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows and deliver effective product presentations to expand the client base.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A.) or Marketing.
  • Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience and Minimum 5 years of experience specifically within the snacks pellets industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability across diverse client bases.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • International Sales Experience: Familiarity with international markets and export sales is advantageous.
  • Technology: Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
